People vs. Dr. Conrad Murray

MJ's Security Guard: Murray Said Hide The Bottles

Alberto Alvarez, a bodyguard who says he was MJ's Director of Logistics, testified Dr. Conrad Murray instructed him to remove bottles from Michael's bedroom -- along with an IV bag with a milkly-white substance, before calling 911.

Alvarez says he walked into MJ's bedroom sometime after 12:17 PM and saw Michael laying motionless.  He says Murray told him Michael had "an allergic reaction," then ordered him to collect a bag of bottles and put them in a bag.

And this is big.  Alavrez says Murray then "instructed me to remove the IV bag from the IV stand."

For the record, law enforcement believes the milky-white substance in the bag was Propofol.

Alvarez says there was a second IV bag -- which we know contained saline -- and Murray told him to leave it there.

Alvarez says only after the bottles and bag were collected did Murray tell him to call 911.

Who was Alvarez supposed to be a bodyguard for??  Who was his boss??

Supposed to be Michael, right?  He was supposed to be protecting Michael.

So why is he taking orders from Dr Murray?????    :?

Shameless.

And none of these damn adults-bodyguards  did not realize to call 911 right away. THEY WERE WAITING FOR INSTRUCTION? Like brainless robots? Interesting..

Was Michael allergic to something? eggs, soy, peanuts...????

Michael had other surgeries and did not show allergy for anesthesia before  :?

And another thing.  These bodyguards should be qualified.  They should have been on protection courses, etc.  They should have first aid training as a matter of course.

Even door-men (in the UK, anyway) are required to be trained and certificated.   They must be trained in first aid.

So why in the heck didnt any of the bodyguards know CPR???  Why didnt they step in if Murray was being an arse???   Why was Alvarez being told on the phone by the 911 crew to get MJ on the floor and off the bed.  Alvarez should have known this simple fact.

Did MJ just employ a load of brainless monkeys, or what???    AAARGGH!!!

I asked proffesional bodyguards about their formation and first aid is a must, this includes performing CPR.

I wonder how the Nation of Islam fits into all this.  Most, if not all, MJ's staff were members of the Nation of Islam.

Many things have been omitted from Alvarez's testimony and his previous statement made to police.

Quote
Murray told him Michael had "an allergic reaction"
March 22, 2010: Alvarez asked the doctor what had happened."He had a reaction, he had a bad reaction," Murray replied, according to Alvarez's statement.

Quote
then ordered him to collect a bag of bottles and put them in a bag.
March 22, 2010: Murray then grabbed a few vials with rubber tops and told Alvarez to put them in a bag, Alvarez told investigators. Alvarez picked up a plastic bag from the floor and Murray put the bottles inside, then Murray told Alvarez to put that plastic bag inside a brown canvas bag, according to the account.

Quote
And this is big. Alavrez says Murray then "instructed me to remove the IV bag from the IV stand." For the record, law enforcement believes the milky-white substance in the bag was Propofol. Alvarez says there was a second IV bag -- which we know contained saline -- and Murray told him to leave it there.

March 22, 2010: Alvarez said Murray then told him to remove an IV bag from a stand and put it in a blue canvas bag. He did, and noticed the bag had a connector with a milky white substance in it. Alvarez didn't say what happened to the bags, nor did he identify what was in the vials.

All of the items relating to an IV and propofol were found after the police revisited the scene. So Murray could not have told him to leave the Saline bag and IV stand where it was otherwise it would have been found immediately.

Page 49 of the Autopsy Report
On June 26,2009 E. Fleak collected a syringe, from the scene containing propofol and lidocaine.

On June 29, 2009 E. Flaek collected 4 components of an IV system.
A syringe (not really a part of an IV system).
A section of IV tubing connected to a Y connector (a port for introducing medications into an IV).
A long section of IV tubing.
An IV bag containing a clear fluid (saline)
http://tmz.vo.llnwd.net/o28/newsdesk/tmz_documents/0208_mj_case_report_wm.pdf

There is no mention of which syringe is broken. There is no mention of an IV stand being found.

March 22, 2010:  Two days after Jackson's death, under several hours of questioning by police, Murray eventually directed them to a closet in Jackson's bedroom. In it, they found propofol and other sedatives in a bag.

Quote
Alvarez says only after the bottles and bag were collected did Murray tell him to call 911.
March 22, 2010: Murray waited until the bags were filled before telling Alvarez to call 911, according to Alvarez's statement.

Well he told one thing the same in the 2 of the 3 (at least) retelling of the story.

March 22, 2010: Murray then placed a dark brown machine with wires onto Jackson's fingers, Alvarez said. Police later said they found a pulse oximeter at Jackson's home,
(but not connected to Micheal's hand nor found on June 25, 2009) a medical device that shows heart rate and the amount of oxygen in the blood.

But this oximeter was found in the bags according to the autopsy report so it wasn't attached to MJ's hand and so far no report of Alvarez testifying to this previous statement he made to the police.

March 22, 2010: Murray's lawyer, Ed Chernoff, rejected the notion his client tried to hide drugs. He also noted Alvarez was interviewed twice by police and gave different accounts of what happened in Jackson's bedroom. During the first interview, Alvarez made no mention of being told to tidy away medicine vials. "He didn't say any of those things, then two months later, all of a sudden, the doc is throwing bottles into the bag," Chernoff said. "Alvarez's statement is inconsistent with his previous statement. We will deal with that at trial."

:o    8-)  This sounds like it's gearing up to be a long drawn out trial like OJ's. Is the public going to be able to handle this, or us? Amazing that Katherine at 80 faithfully attends all these hearings, just like she did in 2005.

The truth all comes down to this:

One NEVER administers propofol without:
1) an artificial airway
2) continuous hemodynamic monitoring equipment

I agree. He had to approve to be the 'evil' man IMO. People tracking him down in Texas, going through his house, harassed by fans... ect. Really? ;)
