More likely is the fact that she grabbed him, gave him a massive kiss, scared him and he felt he had no choice but to sack her. Michael was shy and reserved-he would not like forward women. He didn't like Madonna.

From the pictures it seems to me that MJ is leaning away, even though he does have his left hand on her hip... she is pulling him in by his shirt... and then the kiss on the picture seems like their lips dont connect that well. It seems like a closed lip kiss to me.

Anyway... i dont blame her for going in for the kiss. I would have done the same thing.
