John Branca, Michael's accountant and his manager were all fired at the same time.  How John came to have the will is beyond me since he was supposed to hand that and everything else over to someone else.  The letter to John is online somewhere.  Why Michael didn't see to it that everything was handed over is beyond me.  He must have been under the assumption that it had been. Assumption isn't a good thing.  One would also assume that since Michael fired John that he would want to change John's role in the will [like eliminate him] and draw up another will.  So is this possible other will in someone elses possesion [or been shredded] and has this someone else received a kick back to be quiet?  hmmm

maybe one purpose of the hoax is to take those kind of people down, like really take some out of business forever. because there is no other way to get to the real crooked ones but to be officially dead and work from behind the curtain...until they all go down in one big fine avalanche...

I went back to the docket and looked again.  I must have overlooked any reference to the will and thought it just been deleted.  It's there - and the revocation of the will was denied.
