Wow......this gives me chills! Can't really explain it... Can't wait to hear the whole song. The "ow" sounds like him as far as I can tell. Very interesting video along with it indeed. The beginning puts me in mind of "Tabloid Junkie".

Mike has GOT to be behind this. But why are they saying it's not his voice? Just another clue about the doubles or...? I'm not understanding. Guess we'll have to wait to hear the whole song.

I put this in another thread a little while ago but forget which one but it relates to this one too, not sure if anyone's read some other new song titles that will be released on 12/14.

Michael Jackson New Album: Five New Song TitlesBy: Roger Friedman in Celebrity, Music // November 5th, 2010 at 1:33 AM UTC
The whole saga of the new Michael Jackson album, and the songs written by Eddie Cascio, was first reported here last spring. Not on TMZ, or anywhere else.

http://tinyurl.com/2eu25qh (http://tinyurl.com/2eu25qh) – from May 2, 2010

Here are the likely titles of the Cascio songs for the album called “Michael,” which will be released on December 14th: “Breaking News,” “Monster,” “Water,” “Keep Your Head Up,” and “All I Need.” There were 10 original Cascio songs Michael sang on. The finished ones chosen, aside from “Breaking News,” are still pending.

I know these songs. I heard them in a pre-Michael version in 2006. They were recorded with his vocals in 2007. Recently, producers have polished them up. They are said to be “amazing.”

Today at noon, a teaser for the album will run on http://www.michaeljackson.com (http://www.michaeljackson.com). On Monday, the single, “Breaking News,” will start getting airplay.

There is no question that these are Michael’s vocals. It’s kind of universally karmic that Michael did them when he did them. He was staying with the Cascios, the only people who offered him refuge during troubled times. He loved them. And they took care of him.

This riles the Jackson family, which Michael thought of as a group of people who wanted handouts from him. I’ve never understood why the other Jacksons–Jermaine, Tito, Marlon, etc–just didn’t put on an act in Las Vegas as the Jacksons. They could have made good money years ago. But it seemed like they only wanted big paydays with Michael in tow. I think Michael understood that.

"Breaking News"
I hope it means to literally break them, the media, into a million little pieces.  Shatter them beyond all recognition of reliability.  Break them as you do a wild horse.  Tame them into submission for the truth. And in do so, may Michael's name begin to finally be restored.

It's one heck of ride, this forum of ours!  Thank you admins/mods for all the work you put into it....I know it's appreciated!

What an exciting couple of days this has been. Thank you, Michael, for allowing us to be a part of this. Blessings.

PS - Don't you love too how the snipet we heard says..."as the story unfolds there will be a lot more to say about Michael Jackson ". I can hardly wait!!!!! - Whatyourheartsays...pass the popcorn :)

OK, this is NO coincidence.
It's 5th of November.
Michael had major problems with the media.
From the beggining we speculated that he wants to prove his point against the corrupted media.
What more can he give to us?!
Thank you Michael and God Bless You and help you to have your say this time and everyone to hear it and beLIEve it now.

Love you more.

I also found it odd they used clips from the press conference. Well not odd, I believe that was fake.. but they could've used more clips from This Is It instead, if what they were looking for was more recent material.

Out of curiosity..how do you guys think the album will sell? For some reason.. I'm kind of nervous.

They used images form the press conference in London because this is one of the similarities with V for Vendetta ...In the movie Mr.V made his statement in London too, on the 5th of November, wearing black and having a red curtain behind, just like Michael. I would dare to say Michael had a "mask", just like Mr. V, because he created confusion over if it was him or not  :D
Also you can notice the red crossed stripes against a black background - just like in V for Vendetta ... Who saw the movie knows what I'm talking about...

I hope it means to literally break them, the media, into a million little pieces.  Shatter them beyond all recognition of reliability.  Break them as you do a wild horse.  Tame them into submission for the truth. And in do so, may Michael's name begin to finally be restored.

Love this interpretation. Only got the first page and now off to work. I see lots of mouths. Maybe it's the media will speak his message as well. Once he has them broken and tamed like you say. Wild horses couldn't keep me away at the latest development.

Notice right at the beginning of the video, the man on the TV screens (behind the newswoman) has something white in his hands (a bird? a dove?) and he makes it disappear.

All of the black television screens are "SONY" brand.

In the video - http://breakingnews.michaeljackson.com/ (http://breakingnews.michaeljackson.com/)

If you listen closely (and some words I'm still not so sure about) ---

at :09 "Here we go again, another launching(?) of Michael Jackson"

at :11 "In the garage, new washed(?) unauthorized biographies of Michael Jackson"

Love the powerful video, it says it all. No matter what they're saying on the news and on TV shows, it's all lies and the voices we hear are what they would be saying if they were telling the truth.  The fact that most shots are of the O2 press conference of Michael naturally lead us to the notion that it was all a lie too but we knew as much!  Sony TVs LOL.  I thought it was "lynching" rather than "launching" I heard as Michael was lynched by the media so many times.  The tables have certainly turned, I wonder how many news organisations are slightly worried about the lyrics of this song?!  The Sun (I know, it's trash) is carrying the new artwork and story of the album in it's headlines section, the artwork is certainly attracting a lot of attention.  Their headline "Jacko Back for Christmas" is typical.

When I saw the teaser it gave me the chills :) The voice, it has to be Michael's! I believe it's MJ's voice, but it's just a fragment, it's too short to be sure. While hearing the music part I was thinking of Cirque du Soleil, the music is slightly magic, mysterious.. is that possible? The album has been completed recently, I read somewhere. Probably, is "Breaking News" (I assume that's the name of the song) sung by MJ, but we don't know yet about the other songs. It is said in the news that some songs are not sung by Michael. This news could be a media stunt to draw world attention. Yet, the fact that MJ's kids were saying in the news that it's not their dad's voice makes me doubt that it is a media stunt, but DID MJ's kids say this really? Did they actually say this in front of the camera :?: Don't believe everything what is written/said by the media :!:
May be this already has been discussed in another topic. If so sorry for that.

Blessings to all!
Love this interpretation. Only got the first page and now off to work. I see lots of mouths. Maybe it's the media will speak his message as well. Once he has them broken and tamed like you say. Wild horses couldn't keep me away at the latest development.

I understand the cliche, but please be aware, you don't "break" wild horses, you work to earn their trust. And it's a lot of work. Spoken from a girl who's done it, you don't force it or dominate them. Horses are sensitive and easily frightened. To break a horses spirit is to leave a black mark on your soul.

So, not to diss you because you don't know, but it's a bad metaphor.

Well that certainly put a downer on the whole thread!  Bec it was a turn of phrase and not to be taken literally, plenty of cliches and metaphors make no sense in real life.  I hope we're not going to start pointing out mistakes in each others grammar spelling or phrasing as that's not why we're here. Many members don't have English as their first language either.  Sorry I just thought it was a bit harsh to address something that was not meant to be taken literally.  No one was disrespecting horses people are just excited at the new developments - well most of us anyway.

I actually agree. I noticed that right away and was a little disappointed.  However, it isn't hard to change tones and such so it could be him.  I really hope it is.  I'd expect some big time clues in this entire album.  Chances are some of these songs were being finished after the "death".  I wouldn't doubt it at all.  The snippet shows only This Is It.  Cmon, something is going on.  And for some reason, I wouldn't doubt that there could even be some clues in Michael Jackson The Experience.  It is unlikely, but you just never know.

Okay, let me get this straight.  Is this the title of the new single on the album that is to be released in December?  Is the title of the song, Breaking News?   I really want to think it is the introduction into BAM.  But, could this merely be a song that is on the album and be one of the songs he had written that was never released?  Perhaps it was written during one of the trials or maybe earlier on in his career?

God, I don't think so, my heart is racing and is really wanting to think he will be returning very soon, like MONDAY  :D   But if I do, and it doesn't happen,  I will be so deflated.

Tell me what some of you are really thinking this is.

I was really thinking that BAM could be on the Oprah show.  But, isn't it taped before a live audience?  If he were to be on that, then the people in the audience would already know he's alive.  But, if the BAM would take place during the Oprah interview with the family (parents and kids) then, well, what d'ya think?

Another thing about the 8th November:

The 8th November according to the Orthodox customs is Michael's namesday. On that day we celebrate the Taxiarhes, the leaders of the angels' army, Gabriel and Michael.

In Greece when there is a saint's celebration people who are named after this saint have their namesday.  It is like birthday without cake; the person who has namesday throws a party and his/her family and friends give him/her presents.

And  bonus, I'm not exactly a huge believer in the whole numerology thing, but if YOU are, the CD is to be released on December 14th, 2010, or 12/14/10. 1+2+1+4+1+0= 9. Again with the nines... x)

I think Michael understood that.

http://www.showbiz411.com/2010/11/05/mi (http://www.showbiz411.com/2010/11/05/mi) ... ong-titles

Why Kill yourself working when you have a brother who is making billions of dollar and can support you.. Come one we are asking a little too much from the Jackson's brothers.

I noticed some other things

I heard Harvey's voice saying And what they did find was a series of lies

Oprah's voice saying Here we go again. Another lawsuit against Michael Jackson

Allegations and they show Michael riding in the golf cart - remember how they made fun of him and said he was ill and couldn't walk so needed a golf cart for a short distance.

And nice plug for the Sony Bravia.

One of the headlines today regarding the new album this from The Daily Mirror. I guess Michael is going to be in the news for some time to come!!!!  :P
http://www.mirror.co.uk/celebs/news/201 ... -22696320/ (http://www.mirror.co.uk/celebs/news/2010/11/06/michael-jackson-back-from-the-dead-with-a-new-album-115875-22696320/)
Michael Jackson back from the dead with a new album WITH NEW ALBUM FROM BEYOND THE GRAVE.. LET'S HOPE IT'S A REAL THRILLER

Sixteen months after removing his fedora for the final time, Michael Jackson is back... back from the dead.

The late superstar, who died last year aged 50, is releasing a new album with never-before-heard material - and it promises to be his biggest record ever. I've had an exclusive preview, including the first single - and if doesn't go to No.1, I'll eat MY fedora.

Says my musical mole: "Michael spent his life penning songs and writing down choruses as he dreamt them up. Even in the bath, he'd jot down ideas.
"These songs are deeply personal and around five would have been played during his This Is It gigs, had they gone ahead.

"The first single, Breaking News, was written in 2007 and has been digitally enhanced into something magical. Given his untimely death, the lyrics are especially poignant. The record also includes a song completed just days before Michael died which offers a real insight into his mind-set at the time."
The album - called Michael - will be released on December 13 and with fans only able to download it from 5pm yesterday, I can reveal pre-orders have already broken all records. Not bad for a dead guy. For an exclusive teaser of the new single, visit our website at http://www.3am.co.uk (http://www.3am.co.uk)

at :11 "In the garage, new washed(?) unauthorized biographies of Michael Jackson"

at :18 "As expected, the comeback story of the year - and here we are at the ranch"

at :04, :08, :14, :19 it sounds like static, but the same word or phrase is being spoken

At :01, the blonde woman in the purple shirt with the light purple glasses, could it be MJ in disguise?
Also watch this same blonde woman at the top left of the screen starting at :19

At :12, the woman in the pink shirt - could this be the blonde woman in a brown wig? Also MJ in disguise?

0:01- 0:03- "The plot begins to destroy Michael Jackson"

0:03-0:07- "And as the story unfolds [...] and what they did find would be an amazing lie"

0:10- 0:13- "And here we go again, another law "?" Michael Jackson"

0:18- 0:23- "As the story unfolds, there will be a lot more to say about Michael Jackson"

Please someone can understand what they say from 0:16- 0:19? I am really struggling to understand what it's said there and it's not clear/

Oh, no, sorry. What I meant by saying "Unless he knew the reaction he would get, but I don't think so" was that he obviously WOULD know the reaction, but I don't think he was singing it based on knowing what would happen if he were to die (Though it is very possible). And the only reason I say its about his death is because based off songs like Tabloid Junkie for example, when he starts off a song with reporters talking the rest of the song seems to be him implying they;re wrong. In this case, they're talking about his death. Again, I could be wrong.

This kind of reminds me of the end of Moonwalker where he meets up with the children.

I think the owwww! at the end is Michael.   Come on, if they didn't have Michael to make the owwww!, they could just mix it in from the million and one owwwws! that Michael did throughout this career, instead of using an imposter owwwww!  Right? ;)

I think the whole leading up to "Breaking News!" is hype to get us talking.  I mean, TMZ even has a poll as to whether or not it is Michael doing the owwww! or not.  Brilliant hype by Michael himself, I would say!  OWWWWW!   8-)

@ Andrea: thanks for this article.
8-) Today, I was listening Invincible in the car and after the last song "Threatened"

"
Tonight’s story is somewhat unique and calls for a different kind of introduction
A monster had arrived in the village
The major ingredient of any recipe for fear is the unknown
And this person or thing is soon to be met
He knows every thought, he can feel every emotion
Oh yes, I did forget something didn’t I? I forgot to introduce you to the monster.

You’re fearing me, ‘cause you know I’m a beast
Watching you when you sleep, when you’re in bed
I’m underneath
You’re trapped in halls, and my face is the walls
I’m the floor when you fall, and when you scream it’s ‘cause of me
I’m the living dead, the dark thoughts in your head
I heard just what you said
That’s why you’ve got to be threatened by me

You should be watching me, you should feel threatened
While you sleep, while you creep, you should be threatened
Every time your lady speaks she speaks of me, threatened
Half of me you’ll never be, so you should feel threatened by me

You think you’re by yourself, but it’s my touch you felt
I’m not a ghost from Hell, but I’ve got a spell on you
Your worst nightmare, it's me, I'm everywhere
In one blink I’ll disappear, and then I’ll come back to haunt you
I’m telling you, when you lie under a tomb
I’m the one watching you
That’s why you got to be threatened by me

The unknown monster is about to embark
From a far corner, out of the dark
A nightmare, that’s the case
Never Neverland, that’s the place
This particular monster can read minds
Be in two places at the same time
This is judgement night, execution, slaughter
The devil, ghosts, this monster is torture
You can be sure of one thing, that’s fate
A human presence that you feel is strange
A monster that you can see disappear
A monster, the worst thing to fear.

What you have just witnessed could be the end of a particularly terrifying nightmare.
It isn’t. It’s the beginning".
8-)  ;)

and I yelled "MONSTER" is a track on Michael's new album (glad that noone else was in the car  ), the "Threatened monster"?" This could mean that the album "Michael" with the song Monster is certainly a beginning after Invincible 8-)

I agree 100%.  If every track on the new album deals with each wrong that was done to MJ then I for one would be ecstatic, all these people and organisations so need to get their comeuppance.  Wonder how many of them are getting nervous?! I can't help but think of the Ghosts video and Michael saying "Are you scared yet?"!

-We are being fooled by MJ´s family

We are being conditionated by the opinions between Harvey from TMZ and Michael´s family. Planting the seed of doubt  ;)  Both wants us to believe what they are saying using great startegies of "reasoning" to back up their comments.

Thank you for sharing this article with us.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that not once did they use a derogatory name for Michael. Not once did they make fun of him. Not once did they speak about him as though he's a has-been. Not once did they mention the past allegations that always seemed to get slid into the article. The tide is turning and it's about time!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that the pre-orders have already broken all records. BACK'S words are etched in my mind...It's not just a comeback; it's a TAKEOVER. And I am glad to be alive to see Michael finally get the recognition he deserves. Way to go Michael!

Blessings to you all this wonderful day!

I believe that the song is Michael Singing. It is very reminesant of Danergous and some songs off of Invinsible. Again we need to take into account that these were recorded as Demos and not full fledge songs so his voice might sound a little different because there is a possibility that he was testing different vocal ranges and melodies for a final version.

This song is very catchy and it feels like a Michael Jackson song. You can tell when it is Michael and this feels and moves like a Michael song. Michael Jackson has a way to lift a spirit with a song that few other have the gift to do and this song does it for me.

My opinion is this:

"Breaking News" is a song written by Michael Jackson. Produced by Teddy Riley. It contains gasps, hiccups, and screams sampled recorded from Michael Jackson. However, the vocals are those of Jason Malachi. If you've heard this before, there's a reason. Listen to this:

[youtube:3fke1jem]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n5DCJHdsi7Q[/youtube:3fke1jem]

If you are a naysayer and think it's just a conspiracy theory that it isn't Michael singing, and that it's just Michael experimenting or using a low tone, it seems extremely conclusive that the voice in the song by Jason Malachi, "Let Me Let Go" is identical to those heard in Breaking News. The "Hee hee hee..." at 3:34 just put a bad taste in my mouth. By this point it is extremely obvious it's a fraud, which is strange that this would need to be done since Mike has hundreds of songs he never released. I'm sure at least a good chunk of those have finished vocals. Either way, I'd say this puts an interesting spin on the hoax, for better or worse.

It is interesting, though. I think, regretfully, how this might sound with Michael's vocals. It's definitely clear that this is a vintage Michael Jackson beat, no doubt about that.

Indeed. I also stumbled upon something that I found a bit alerting...

So, I decided to Google "Jason Malachi" with a filter for results from the past 2 days...

So, I clicked this link:
http://img259.imageshack.us/i/jm1.png/ (http://img259.imageshack.us/i/jm1.png/)

And this is what it told me:
http://img294.imageshack.us/i/jm2.png/ (http://img294.imageshack.us/i/jm2.png/)

I'd say that's very suspicious. Since when was it against copyright to discuss the vocals of a song? I watched the video earlier, and it didn't contain any snippets or anything from the song itself! It was just the user talking about the song. Very, very strange. Cover-up maybe? Hmmm...

In addition, why is Sony looking through all the videos about it to know about it in the first place?   Even if the video did contain the song in its entirety, it would be no different than listening on the website. Sony stands to gain nothing from "protecting" the copyright of the song.

If you don't believe me, try it yourself:

I don't know how sony can be that stupid. There is special equipment (like police use) to identify the voice.
Voice is like finger prints. You cant copy it for 100% no matter what you do.
But with this song it is obvious, absolutely obvious.
BTW, the song has no MJ's magic. It's cheap. I'm sick of it. I don't want to hear it ever in my life. I hope it's not going to charts.
How Sony could risk their reputation?

P.S. Now read carefully.
Michael Jackson is dead (untill I heard "Breaking news" I believed he was alive).
Michael Jackson would never release a song like this, because it's not a hit song. I'm sure that Michael Jackson would never even release "This is it" song, because it's raw.
Michael Jackson (it doesn't matter for what reason) would never release not his own song on his album.
You ask me why sony release "Breaking news", if they have tons of real Michael's music?
There's only one reason. Here is the answer - to manipulate the believers. To make the believers think that Michael is alive and he tries to tell the fans not to believe the press and he's alive. while people believe MJ is alive they will buy everything and wait for more.

Now read: SONY knows about expected BAM, so they called the song and the album this way to create a word BAM. Actually to make you create this word, because you see clues everywhere.

WAKE UP! Something really bad is going on!
Take off pink glasses!

Sony have a lot of money to pay people for stories, to create clues, to hire best PR specialists to create a legend.
It's like with Elvis. Michael Jackson has to stay alive (in someone's head), because it's always happens with real pop icon. The legend has to live.
Michael Jackson is a product of publicity. The man died, but pop icon lives, and sony work on it.

You can ban me, I don't care. I have been here since first days and I truly hoped for good. But this time we have to realize it - Michael is gone. All we can do is to stop this madness and finally help the truth to come out.

What is it with that childish "You can ban me"? That is really getting on my nerves. It's your opinion and I don't share it. If you think he's dead, good for you. Go on with your life and return to the fanforum, but don't make childish comments like that. Just because it's your opinion, doesn't make it the truth.

I must be really stupid but I absolutely LOVE the song. In fact I can't stop listening to it.
In fact I want to stand up and dance to it.

As about Sony, I think especially this should make us think.....do you really think they would risk their reputation with a fake? There HAS to be something more behind. JMO.

Do you think they care for fooling a bunch of believers? Are we THAT important to them? Look around, we are just a few, just a few left..... How many dvd's can we buy?

The non-believers are much much much many than us.

I would tell you not to lose your faith and think why should Sony promote an obvious fake. Just like you said they won't risk their reputation  ;)

Agree with u, i absolutely love the song, yeah, it's not another "Billie Jean" or "Earth song" but it's an awesome song which i can listen to repeatedly.
About sony- maybe there are "some clues" that are given to us by Sony and TMZ, cause it's obvious that TMZ follows this form, but they didn't create DAVE-DAVE on LKL, he was real and it was him(i'm almost sure of it), so i'm not losing my faith yet.

..I Asked Kenny about "Michael's voice or not"...I wanted to have his point of view ...

Me:Kenny please, can you give us your point of view about "Breaking News"..you know what's going on with the fans right??God bless you, always

Kenny Ortega: this is well voice Michael Jackson
We must stop this rumor .

Someone answered:This is well voice Michael Jackson? So you are saying that this IS his voice? even though family members are saying it's not? I think some parts are his vocals, but some parts defenitly not...seconds vocals and editing his work.. Don't you think his lifetime and hard work Sony is trying to ruin that? By playing this game.. I really don't know what to believe anymore..

I really don't think it's Michael,i can't recognize,even the ho ho

My opinion is this:

"Breaking News" is a song written by Michael Jackson. Produced by Teddy Riley. It contains gasps, hiccups, and screams sampled recorded from Michael Jackson. However, the vocals are those of Jason Malachi. If you've heard this before, there's a reason. Listen to this:

When you said that Michael is experimenting or using a low tone, I was thinking of MJ singing 2000 Watts, listen: [youtube:1rxgrxm0]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uz-kr2RnUng[/youtube:1rxgrxm0]

Could anybody imagine that Jason Malachi may be very close to Michael - just using another brand name for testing the waters?
Marketing is an art knowing the markets.
Every high profile brand marketer is using blind tests for verifying the quality of its product.

I was listening to the song (For about the 50 billionth time  ) and It finally occured to me what they say in the beginning (I usually skip the beginning, with everyone talking. Today I decided to listen.) And I hear this:

1. "The plot thickens to Destroy Michael Jackson"

2. "If you thought there was nothing more to say about Michael Jackson, just wait!"

3. "The paparazzi would not leave him alone."

4. "...and what they did find was a series of Lies."

5. "Here we go again, another Lawsuit against Michael Jackson."

6. "As the story unfolds, There will be a lot more to say about Michael Jackson."

Okay well first, I find the sentences themselves odd. But notice the order of the reporters sentences... here's my translation of the sentences, in the order of them before:

1. People were out to get Michael, they were all after him.

2. If you thought he was dead, you were wrong!"

3. Sort of obvious, there. xD

4. They searched into the fake death

5. Obviously if he's alive and makes a comeback, thats gonna involve a lawsuit...

6. The more people know, People will be talking FOREVER if he were to make a comeback.

AGain I could be wrong. But this seems like a meaning that could fit with the possible hoax, and the order the reporters say it in the song is almost in chronological order. I should probably just leave it alone, but I find this all interesting... x)
