Wow... hmm.. I don't know what to think except that it would make sense to keep things in the family, you know? If Harvey has inside information, why not call up his cousin (or brother or uncle or WHATEVER) Jason the flower dude who would comply and wouldn't ask too many questions. I don't know.

It would be funny if we are going crazy trying to figure out the sunflower delima and all it was....
