You must keep in mind that Michael is "dead" to the world right now. He can't speak up for his charity because he's supposed to be dead. Whoever is in charge of the charity may or may not know about the hoax, but either way it doesn't matter in court. It does say that it is TEMPORARY. And it also says do not believe the lies in the media.

Don't worry. I think this just goes to show how jacked up our court system really is and I'm not scared to say it.

What you have just witnessed could be the end of a particularly terrifying nightmare. It isn't. It's the beginning.
