Why is it that whenever there is a "tribute" planned for Michael, or anything planned pertaining to Michael, that it is always "Canceled"

I really do not understand why all these tributes and the Still the King Tour get cancelled :? . It just blows my mind. :shock: I think sometimes that I must be living in a parallel universe or something. It is so strange to me. I am going back to my padded cell. :?
