Nah looks to me likes he's helping move MJ along through what could be a very fan crowded area. From looking at all the pictures before and after this particular shot, the crowd to me is intense..plus the creepy fan dude who was at the anniversary in new york, O2 etc was there. Maybe they were afraid of him

that's when mike was in london in 2009, attending the musical 'oliver'.  
there's a series of pics from that event and the guy grabbin' mike's arm is thomé. in every damn shot he grabs and tears at mike. awful, i'm surprised mike didn't freak and told this creep to stop ruining his gear!

it was quite a crowd, too, and some frenzy for sure, but from the pics alone you can tell this guy was constantly pushing and pulling on mike, like he couldn't walk himself. mike waves at fans and some pics look like thomé is actually pulling his arm down. or he looks like he's saying something and thomé keeps pushing him... :evil:

it's painful to see how mike was treated all these years and that he couldn't even attend a theatre play without going through this sh!t!

yeap the grip around the arms seems a bit harsh and he isnt even looking at mike so see if he is uncomfortable

what we know and have heard from mikes own mouth which is recorded - looking at this picture does not feel right it is a bit scary
