avatar problem

Hi there,

I feel very stupid right now, but I can't upload an avatar,
the image is too big...
I tried to fix it with photoscape and picasa, but it doesn't work..
I really don't know what I'm doing wrong!
( I feel so stupid :p , ... :oops: )

Can someone please explain me how I can fix this?
I would really appreciate it!
