This ad turn out to be more than I thought it was. I thought maybe there was a connection but just wasn't sure. I had no idea MJ was called Doo doo. With Coca Cola being advertised in the Murray pictures leads me to believe they are involved with the whole production of the hoax. Could they be "sponsering" Murray's trial?

they very well could. since they sponsor THIS IS IT-tour (and probably movie)..and since it is a HOAX...they probably do.
