Just like I said in that topic: A hell of a lot surgery's to get rid of Michael's looks ;)

Or they have to hide forever.

We do have to keep in mind though that we don't know how much of their looks would be a result of surgery. There could be prosthetic facial pieces, as well as lots of make up and wigs.
