His eyes don't match... The left one doesn't match at all, and it's not because of his facial expression...

about the article...he looked so handsome at home because he wasn't all made up with makeup like he wears to go out.  This is why I love these photos so much...it is MJ around the same time period without any of his makeup.

I've been looking at mugshots of people. I didn't look at every one but I did see quite a few. Please don't hate me for putting these names together with Michael - it's only a comparison of photo layouts. I am not labeling him with the others.

The one person who's picture layout is the closest to Michael is Marilyn Manson but in Marilyn's it has his middle name where in Michael's it doesn't.  Many photos had the front and side view. I didn't see anyone except for Michael with the hair covering part of their face. The biggest thing that stood out to me is that in every picture I looked at, with the exception of Michael, the person had a strong resemblance to their normal self (minus the red eyes and messy hair LOL). I'm not saying there was a double here for Michael because I don't know. I'm just pointing out a few differences in photo layouts. Thanks.

Have you ever considered that the awful mugshot was DELIBERATE??

They used the worst and most harsh lighting in the room and captured MJ in a bad pose, full on with a startled expression.. in order for Mike to look as "wierd" and "abnormal" as possible??

The LAPD did it on purpose.. they wanted him to look like this so the public could look at the pic and say "yeah, he looks really wierd.  He must be a paedo"

Get it??  Its called PR.

DancingTheDream, I absolutely agree with you. The police department did do this on purpose in order to make him look as "weird" as possible. I'm sure many of us here have seen the video where MJ talks about how he was treated by those people, and what he says he was subjected to is absolutely despicable. And what I also think is despicable is analyzing this particular picture of him at an almost microscopic level. This was one of the hardest things MJ had to go through, and I really think it's disrespectful to be doing this. But of course, thats just my opinion.

On another note... as someone previously stated, when someone is booked in a county jail, fingerprints are taken.

i know when shia labeouf was arrested in chicago, the police officer took multiple photos of him to get a good shot, since he knew it'd be released to the public. however, we already know the prejudice the police had with michael, it's very possible they did it deliberately. probably a plan from the get-go to send out the most negative image of michael possible (this is including sneddons idiotic and unprofessional news conference he held). too bad it didn't work. ha.

Mike also had several nose jobs between these two periods, changing the distance from his nose to his mouth.

The distance between the eyes and the upper lip stays basically the same, no matter how many nose jobs one has had.  In order to change that distance you have to alter the skull as I described in my previous reply.

What i am saying is that it would be more useful to compare a photo of Michael from this era to the mugshot..  rather than a photo of him when he was in his teens.

I dont have the tech that you do to do this so cant do it myself.
