MJ wanted Bad to be his last tour?

Someone posted this video in another thread and I noticed something interesting at 1:26.

It may not mean much but I couldn't help but remember the constant pictures of Michael during the BAD era at the memorial, the funeral and even the Grammys performance. Why would pictures from this era only, particularly, Liberian Girl be used so many times?

I just read that in a book I ordered. Michael Jackson A Visual Documentary by Adrian Grant. Page 118-
"1988 August Frank Dileo holds a press conference to announce that the 'Bad' tour will  be Michael Jackson's last."
It was very surprising to read that!!
Dileo and Michael parted ways the next year. Then the Dangerous and History tour follow.

I need to keep reading, this is an incredible book!!!   I highly recommend this book.

Michael reportedly didn't even want to tour for Bad! He was fed up with touring after like the Destiny tour!! He always hated touring. I think he was talked into doing tours, 'cause it's important for artists to tour.

Never wonder why he did Bad live, then with Dangerous less songs were performed live, and during HIStory hardly any songs were performed live..?  And no, it's not because singing live and dancing at the same time is too much, as he did that before.  Madonna does it, Tina Turner does it, many artists perform highly active and sing live at the same time.

I don't want to offend anyone, but it seems strange to me that his long time fans didn't notice it back then, and that people who are no fan and only investigate MJ since his death are convinced about the doubles...
So you are saying that Michael fooled his fans, and that they are blind.

If he really needed the money, like the media claimed he was broke and in debt, I don't think he would have a choice but to tour and get more money.
