If murray get's charged, don't lose hope. it probably will mean Michael will not return. and You also got to remember faking a death, (espically homicide) does require someone getting charged and arrested. just wanted to share this thought before ''The Trial''

I am concerned one way or the other.  

If Murray does not get charged, he will be hunted down and possibly killed.  MIchael will have to come back before the trial is over with, so this does not happen.

If Murray does get charged, then my hopes could diminish a bit.

it depends what the evidence is and what the witnesses say

everything will be dug up

but if there is a private prosecution afterwards this would be more detailed i think as the family would insist on it

The court date on April 5th isnt about him being charged.. he ALREADY has been charged with 3rd degree murder.

The court date is to set up the trial..  its the beginning of the trial, should Dr Murray plead not guilty.
