so I was on the bus this moorning in Ottawa Ontario Canada, and I saw someone reading a news paper and I couldnt see properly cause the guy was far away drom me but I thought it said (he's alive) and a pic of MJ...I found out it was the local metro newspaper..

Conrad Murrayt and at least one doctor at UCLA Medical center claim that michael Jackson did have a detectable heartbeat when he reached the hospital, according to TMZ.
The revelation contradicts Jackson family lawyer Brian Oxman's claim that the singer was dead even before paramadics even arrived at his home. Oxman insists the detectable heartbeat was due to doctor's resuscitation efforts and nothing else.
