Frankly, they will probably tell you that it is none of your business (in a professional way of course) and from a medical facility that is likely the truth. I wouldn't care how famous my mother, my brother, my sister,etc or I was, no one should tell them anything about that. It is in my Hippa, and everyone else in US has the same right.

It would be some short of evidence for the court, so they wouldn´t be allowed to speak about it if they have that footage.

Just be really discreet about it!! Just aske them about hospital procedures in death announcements (Don't even mention a celebrity name or dont' even relate this question to celebrities) In other words don't say celebrity. Just ask them what are the normal procedures for death announcements , who handles them ? because as I have stated before if we look back and no a short analysis of other celebrities and how their deaths were announced well?????? Has it not always been an OFFICIAL person? And NOT a FAMILY MEMBER? :?  If they can answer that then honestly I definitley feel it will shed a lot of light on what happened. If they say something like "Absolutley not! , no family member is allowed to announce a death!" then BOOM there you have it.

I think you should GO there, not call. Find out who was for instance cleaning lady working that day. You should start investigation from staff  in lower in position. Those people know and sometimes observe more and would easily talk as nobody pays much attention to them.
