Hey guys im just wondering....does anyone think MJ owns TMZ? I believe i have also read that he owns half of Sony as well? Anyone know anything about this?

TMZ is AOL News, don´t know if MJ has something to do, I think I´ve red something on it.
But as far as I kow it was a part of Time Warner.

He doesn't own TMZ. Before he 'died' TMZ was pretty mean as well. I think he does have some connection with TMZ. And if not him, maybe someone else from the family.

I don't think so. He was not a fan of tabloid media and their invasion into other people's lives. It wouldn't make sense for him to own a company that does things to others that he disliked done to him.

Despite all of that , many have often jokingly referred to TMZ as The Michael Zone. That may be because TMZ has spent so much time following his every move for many years.

Warner Bros. controls TMZ.  Michael never owned half of Sony Corp. or Sony Music as a whole.  Michael had a 50% share of the Sony ATV Music Publishing.  He also had loans against that.
