I really think it's him speaking here cause you can here his accent and I also think the laugh is the same.
But how can we be sure when it was filmed :?

Watching the video and listening to MJ laugh made my heart burst with joy. I was laughing right along with Michael. Oh, how I wish that one day I will be laughing with him.

Yes, I would have to say that I feel that it is Michael's voice in the video of Paris and her new segway.  We must never lose hope!

At 0.38 I think it sounds like Michael, but not at 0.20 :?  The laughter sounds like him definatly.

I think it's also him at 0.20 he says : did you show her your movie. I didn't hear it the first time but when watching it a few times it hit me!
But how can we be sure if it's from '09??
We know they spent Christmas '08 with the Spencers so maybe this can also be from '08, right??
