Is it legal and a custom to record conversations of paramedics who are intervening with a patient inside an ambulance?

I think its the paramedic talking on the radio to the hospital, or the control centre...  not the paramedics having a conversation with each other.

 The paramedic made an odd comment.  I have a hard time understanding what he is saying, but if he said "he will be missed",  that is odd to say (especially after saying he was in a deep coma).  I understand that it isn't an incredible thing to say either, but I don't know ...I just find it weird...

I would think intimate conversation between paramedic & hospital would be strictly confidential, to protect the paitents privacy.

If this is real, someone should lose their job for releasing it. I would like to know how this was released onto the internet??? Where did it come from?

Until its verified how it came to be public, its fake in my eyes.

I heard when the paramedics entered the house of MJ, they said that they felt something not kosher. When they saw the patient they saw a resemblance of MJ. They also stated that the patient had surgery . We all know that MJ the night before he was at the rehearsal, and he did not have any surgery. They did say a resemblance.. so not him.. Too bad I cannot find where I read it, but I know I did.. as soon as i see it i will post it..

That is so fake!!!!  First of all...there would be more talking with the hospital. You can only hear a little blurb now and then. It would have to be on speaker because they couldn't work on him and hold a phone at the same time. They wouldn't talk to the driver because of the possibility of error conveying the info back and forth. Also, the paramedic would be telling the hosptial what the have done so far, ex: what drugs they have given him, comments about his pulse,Blood pressue etc, what means they have used to try and recussitate him. It is just too quiet for it to be real.So don't worry , it's a fake. Good try though ( Yeah Right!!)

Sorry i'm a private person. Thanks anyway! I sometimes feel down about this whole thing to but next day is often better. I really hope the BAM won' t take too long cause my hope is slowly sinking. You won't find me here anymore after june 25th. I hope we get some more really good finds in next few weeks. I don't believe he would wait for 4 years that would be to long and pointless cause people forget facts easily. Gonna sleep now cause here it is almost midnight.

I dont belive this, just bullshit. They think it maybe wasa prank call ? Well, in the 911 call, NOBODY says the name Michael Jackson, so why should it be a prank call ? Also when they speak : It's like they have to really think about what they are saying, if this was real, they would not talk like that. And now they all of a sudden know it's Michael Jackson ? Was it not public, that the paramedics thought it was an old and sick man ? And that they did NOT see it was Michael Jackson ?

you got it! no name was ever mentioned? unless the paramedic knew it was michael jackson's house by the address, which is also bs cuz he wouldn't know if it was someone else in the house in need of an ambulance.

apart from ladymedic confirming, this is the best clue that it's fake. i look at it as a reminder, cuz the 'hoax' screams get louder: hello!? i'm 'officially dead'! remember!? and just after brian oxman confirmed the fake ambulance pic and jermaine says 'airport' instead of 'hospital'?  :roll:

right..its was a emergency right? where is the sirens sound??? a ambulance transporting a pacient (and not a normal pacient..its Michael Jackson) who is dying or in a critical status and no sirens?? incridible!
