I understand the Court of last Resort was for people wrongfully accused, but no where in that episode does it mention that Conrad Murray was not the murderer.  In fact, it looked like he indeed killed the couple.  He recognized the son even.  So again, I don't get the connection to the hoax.

Hmm, I didn't watch the episode, only the last minute ..
But in the article it says:
During the creation of The Court of Last Resort, the theme resembles the mission of the Justice: Denied Magazine, the exposure of wrongfully convicted persons of crimes for which they were not responsible, even though circumstantial evidence and a jury's conviction was contrary to the evidence.

Maybe I don't understand it because english isn't my native language ...  :?

two questions
1) would mike really want to continue bring up a case/theme that nearly ruined him
2) Dr Conrad Murray is real, he is a real person, a real doctor - the name is a coincidence - but is there anything more?

Yeah this is all but simple...MJ s a genius... definitely

In the series "The court of last resort", this episode is the number 7...and if i remember well there were 77 episodes and the srerie stopped in 1958 (not sure bout that last one tho) This was discussed in another thread

And Vaughn Taylor who plays Conrad Murray, played in "Cat on a Hot tin Roof" with elisabeth Taylor. But he also played in an old movie called "Thriller", in "This is it, Michael Shayne" , in "The Scarecrow", in "They call it murder", lend his voice to "Disneyland" and played in a  movie called "The wizard of baghdad".....http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0853299/

impossible to imagine it s all a coincidence....CM s name was chosen for a reason :)

This was discussed on another thread...cant remember where

oh didnt get it...

well there must be persons around him which he knew he could trust...there are secrets that were very well kept, some never went public to talk bout private stuff...just to mention an example: blankets mother...sure someone among his friends, guards etc must know who she is and never told the press...so he sure knew who he could trust

But a real hoax, i m sorry i really dont know.......

Some people think MJ was disguised as Dave Dave on the Leeza Gibbons show. I'm not absolutely sure of the date but some say it was 1996 ish? If indeed it was MJ, this could have been testing the publics reaction?

     Thriller, This is it, Liz Taylor and this number 7 everywere... helllooooo???? This CAN'T be a coincidence - it's blowing me from the chair! I have read it but see it black on white - boah. Thanks for the link :)

Did he hoax before, I don't know. But I remember he said many years before that he would do it, in case of need (the death hoax).

Good point with blankets mother - yes it would be possible to keep things secret. How many people you need for a hoax - I think much less than we think... the less, the better. But Murray, if it is a hoax, is definitely IN THE HOAX.
