Who represents Michael in this case?
February 15, 2010, 01:38:36 PM
I think the state represents Michael? But what does that mean. Are they going to do research and investigate
and probe every inch of this case.
Who are they and would they have to report to his family about what they are doing? If anyone has more information on the procedure please comment.

That has always worried me (if he is dead). I wish his family could hire their own lawyers to defend Michael. I dont think the state prosecuters will do everything they can to represent him.  :(

IMO if he was really murdered the Jacksons would have the best lawyers of the country to do their case!

if you mean the present case against cm, no one is representing mj, it is the people against cm.

mj is the victim of the crime but is not represented

The state of California will be representing THE PEOPLE of California in the this case as with any crime. There will be no one personally representing Michael or his family. The state conducts there investigation and then levy's charges against the plaintiff (Conrad Murray) As far as combing over this case with a fine tooth comb, it will never happen. If the autopsy report gives us anything  it is sloppy and inconsistent to say the least. If the DA in this case was really gearing up for a trial, the charge would not be INVOLUNTARY manslaughter. It would be premeditated first degree MURDER! The Jackson's can do a civil suit against the so called doctor. This is usually done after the criminal case. If found guilty they have more leverage in the civil suit. I think outside his family and if I say IF this is real and I don't think it is, WE ARE MICHEALS VOICE.
