This is the screenshot and article that TMZ put out immediately after yesterday's arraignment.  Total bail $75,000, Total hold amount $0, Grand Total  $75,000,
charge = felony.

See it here....

http://www.tmz.com/2010/02/08/dr-conrad ... raignment/

BUT this is the ACTUAL information available at the sheriff's website updated daily.  Quite a different story!  Bail $0, Total hold amount $0, Grand total $0, charge = left blank!

See it here....

Put in Conrad Murray and see for yourself.

And WE ALL KNEW YESTERDAY THAT YOU CANNOT BE BOOKED AND ARRESTED AFTER AN ARRAIGNMENT!  That is impossible.  The booking has to come FIRST!  How stupid do they think we are!

Jacksonology

so could this had been a ''new episode'' for the Hoax Show  :D  :D  :D

I looked it up & it said that there are 2 stages of an arraignment, the first one where they inform the defendant of the charges & decide if they want to set bail & for how much. That HAS to take place 24 hours after the arrest. The second stage is the post-indictment arraignment which is where the defendant will make a plea. If I'm not mistaken, they said Conrad Murray plead not guilty, so are they just skipping the second stage then?

Thank you for your explanations.

This is what we outside of CA need to fully be able to follow and understand.
Don't forget that the majority of recipients of informations do NOT live in California nor KNOW how the jurisdiction system in CA works and thus are easiest victims of manipulative falsified information when it comes to these complicated insider's subjects.

Please keep going to explain to us!
This is very important especially in view of Harvey Levin's law background who could know how law related information may be "altered" in a way that may mislead into a complete different meaning and context.

Create your day. Create the most astounding year of your life. Be the change you want to see in the world! L.O.V.E.

The untitled Conrad Murray Dokumentary....

Interestingly if you delve deeper into this area, there was an episode of the court of the last resort
called the conrad murray case aired 1957
http://www.oldies.com/product-view/5092D.html
http://ctva.biz/US/Legal/CourtOfLastResort.htm

Vaughan Taylor is Murray and the synopsis is summarised as this:
"It is you the people who are The Court of Last Resort! The Court of Last Resort is actually at work today, investigating cases throughout the United States," announces the narrator at the beginning of each episode. Established in the late 1940s, the Court was composed of seven experts in law and criminology (including Perry Mason's creator, Erle Stanley Gardner) who came together with the sole purpose of saving the lives of innocent people who had been convicted of murder.
THE CONRAD MURRAY CASE: Conrad Murray was sentenced to life in prison after murderinging a grocery store owner and his wife during a robbery attempt. He's hoping to win a parole, but first he must confront the adult son of the couple he killed.
2 things ring here:
1. robbery attempt
2. confronting the adult son.

Great find!   Conrad Murray indeed seems to be more fiction  / symbolic / metaphor ...
I think it`s worth to investigate the name ....  (google Conrad / google Murray, there might be some surprising results). Didn`t have the time to go deeper into it ... will you help?
