I would also like to make another confirmation on the legitimacy of the footage. (even though others may have already done so) I watch the Spanish channel all the time and the Spanish news station covered this as well. That 'other' CM was there. I saw him and it was at a different angle. There were many other cameras catching this at different angles.

...me too I am very surprised...
but..could it be that the white guy is an associate in Dr Murray office,that is why he first appeared in a picture as Dr Murray,and now he is in court?
Remember that on the web there are some pictures of e'casanova under the name Michael jackson...what I mean is that mistakes on web occurs.
But..on the other side,the fact that nobody (dr Klein,joe and family..)had never seen Dr Murray makes the thing very suspicuous..
I hope this is  a clue...
