Mary I think Front sounds caring ... I think he truly cares about us.
In no way I think he sounds drained and exhausted.
I just love it when he decides to open his heart like that.

Thank you Front.  I often wondered then and now how Michael must have felt going through these terrible times.   I can't even come close to the pain and saddness.  I knew then, as I know for sure now, God gave him the strength to carry on one day at a time.  I know this now because of my belief in God, Michael made me understand the true meaning of God and the importance of God in my everyday life.  Sad that it took Michael's pain for me to see this.  Your poem takes my breath away and has put tears in my eyes because I know that Michael's strong belief in God saved him.  God was  there for him to guide him then and now.  God knows the truth and never left his side. Because of this, Michael has found his way.  Thank you for this gift, Lots of Love and :bearhug:

And then the first clue we had was the word "PAINS"....knowing well that MJ never sung the word Pains...instead the original lyrics were my anguish and my pain...

What a touching poem Front. Writing heartfelt poems is a wonderful gift and sharing them is a courageous thing to do because it's an intimate part of our heart that we "expose", share with others. Therefore I am very honored and happy that you consider us your friends and that you share your deep emotions with us. I hope that you see the sincerity in our words too and that you know that we care for you.

The essence this poem reverberates to me and how I personally "feel" it, is Michael's unbreakable, unshakable, unwavering Faith in God. Despite the burdens and pain Michael remained steadfast and faithful to God and God was there for him. It's one of the most beautiful thing, extremely awe-inspiring to me. So, yes God is with you Michael and I believe that it's tIME for VICTORY.

What "trial" are you referring to - the one in 2005 or the CM trial?

When I first read that poem it took me back to the events surrounding the trial in 2005. The pain, the sense of loneliness and heartache. I'm sure he spent many nights alone crying out to God. Certainly Sneddon would never admit to being wrong but the media could have made an attempt to right some of their wrongs but they never did. Then there is the accusers themselves. They all continued to slander Michael's good name.

I believe that the line "He answered my call" was a reference to God intervening and making sure the jury saw the truth amidst the lies of the prosecution. Remember, innocent people go to jail every day and Sneddon tried his hardest to send Michael there too. But God intervened.

Front - thank you for the poem and words of encouragement. I am sensing a different vibe from you as of late. Maybe it's just me.

This confirms that much of this hoax is related to accusations and slander against Michael since 1993. Front has made it clear in other post.

I only care about the fact that nothing effective is being done to combat this evil! Where is Tom Sneddon and the witnesses who swore false?

Michael can not go back until this is resolved, right?

Great poem indeed. I believe there are some kind of people who prefer to keep their emotions to themselves, whether happy emotions or sad emotions. There are another kind of people who share every single detail of their lives with everyone they know. And there are some people who share some emotions with certain people, not with everyone, only those whom they trust. I guess we are the ones Michael is sharing these emotions with. Well, since I am a Believer and this poem is addressed to us believers, I must say : i am honored. If someone is having some trouble some how, a story to tell, the first ones he would turn to are the people he kind of trust! So thank you Michael for sharing those feelings with us. I know how it is to be lonely and not to have anyone to talk to or to share anything with, but here we are, believers from all over the world, a bunch of people who really care, so thank you for your poem, thank you for sharing it with us. It's an honor for anyone to share the deepest emotions of someone else.

My personal interpretation of Front's poem is different from others that have been expressed so far, because I read it from MY perspective, as if I was 'speaking', not Front. I hope that doesn't make me sound self-centred or selfish - it's just the way it grabbed me emotionally.

I think that's the clever thing about poetry (and all the arts in fact): although it's good to understand the creator's original meaning, the reaction and response of the 'audience' is equally as interesting and valid.

In my opinion, the Ps. was written in 1st person, the rest in 3rd, if you know what I mean in my clumsy way of explaining.
