Front promised a gentle light in times of darkness. In keeping with that promise, I hope this can offer at least some tranquility amidst the turbulence. Worry not---this too shall pass, regardless of the stones that are cast. Though your feet may hurt on the rocky terrain, the other side is smooth as glass….. Leaving behind nights of terror and fear I rise Into a daybreak that’s wondrously clear I rise Bringing the gifts that my ancestors gave, I am the dream and the hope of the slave. What I have highlighted in your poem I imagine that is how MJ lived his life. Lookin through a one way lookin glass. I imagine it must be liberating for him to feel like a normal dude since he hoaxed his death. I liked all of your poem and yes it was a piece of tranquility reading it. I also like the poem below.
