I have to admit I got very upset when I saw the picture of Michael in the hospital.  But thanks to _anna_ from hospital picture thread showing us this picture was not normal I feel better.  So I guess even when you have strong faith you can get scared!  This was a long day, I had to keep telling myself it's only a movie, these are just actors. This is not real!  This is going to be a tough few weeks!  But I will just keep plugging along.  I knew this was going to be tough!  Take care everyone, end of day one!  Take care, Love to ALL!

Agreed bec. But I was expecting some people to lose their hope and faith over this. So no surprise at all. Only strong ones are going to stay till the end.

A few interesting points if I may....................

- I heard another interesting and telling commentary from the HLN channel in regards to the unexpected and "mysterious" voice record where we supposedly hear Michael talking (under propofol influence)  :roll: ... they said something like "Michael took the centre-stage ... we didn't expect to see or hear him" I say WOW! Who would expect the media to say that!  OMG!

- I loved Kenny's mention of the now famous "ILLUSION" ... and that Michael would "rise and float out towards the audience" ... it's like describing Michael's comeback!

- Paul Gongaware (AEG Live) told about how Michael wanted to hire Murray and no other doctor and he talked about a "DEAL"..... which can refer to Front's last post.....

As mentioned the capital letters give the word "DEAL" ... and what's interesting in Gongaware's testimony is that he said that Murray first asked for a very big amount of money but Gongaware said that there was no question that he would be paid such an amount and that he ended the negotiations; but as Michael REALLY wanted to hire Murray, he himself fixed the amount for Murray's wages, and Murray accepted because of that....SO, I translate this as "Michael sealed the DEAL"!  /woohoo/

isnt it interesting how people will accept anything shoved in front of them, as real evidence. we are so used and raised to accepting what we are told without asking, who, what, where, when, why. i hope the jury are asking these questions.

"who" is this in the pic. you say its mj but were is the evidence. where is a hospital wrist band. who took the photo. who can verify that this is really mj.

"what" is that on his face. what are thos pictures on the wall. what room was this taken in, hospital room or morgue.

"where" is this photo taken. where is the proof this photo was taken in a hospital. that wall looks like a wall at my house, your house, the wall at the bank, the wall at ann office (lol, you get my point)

"when" was this taken. years ago or 2 years ago. also is this pre or post mortom. if post, where is that evidence of that.

"why" does it looked photoshopped. why does he appear shorter. why does he have different hair than recently described and seen on TII. why is there tape on his nose. and the list of questions goes on and on.


its amazing that 'evidence' can be shown in court without proof that it is legitimate evidence. NO WONDER there are so many people in prison who are innocent when courts accept and release false evidence.

ALWAYS question evidence! in this day and age it is so easy to doctor emails, photos, voice manipulation, etc etc. mj death case wouldnt be the first in history where false evidence is used in court. if its happened before it will happen again. the evidence of DH as it's validity far outweighs a dodgy photo posted on the net which  i am supposed to swallow is mj dead - without having any of the above who what where why when questions answered

I am also questioning the recording from Murray's IPhone. How are they certain that it was MJ? Because Murray said it was? What was the point that he recorded it in the beginning? Did I miss the explanation of this?

The first day was exciting!

What can I conclude with this day is that they will forge evidence to incriminate Murray as they did with Michael in 2005!
