OK so I think I got it!!! I cant believe I didnt get this earlier!Ok so I have any arabic/english keyboard! by pressing the letters written here using an English keyboard you'll get thisWill you be there!

So the first word from the right, has 4 letters. IF I translate to Western lettres: S-H-M-M: you read it like SAHMAM, so if it is 4 lettres, then why is he typing 3 lettres (ere) on his keyboard?
Why do you think the designer used Arabic letters to spell " Will you be there " ?
