I don't know if this is a tabloid paper, as I am not from the uk.  But I found this article.... it basically states that Murray's defense will use video evidence of Mj on drugs and will show the court how "drunk on meds'' he was. And that they will call his 3 kids to the stand...

A) why would MJ have himself video taped on "drugs"...that's stupid. Is this the missing tapes from the house?

B) Why would they call the kids to the stand? They are young kids and lawyers would probably take everything they say out of  context (this is from a speculative P.O.V if this case does go to trial)...which brings up the point...Murray hasn't even been charged yet! So how can they say this crap already?

C) "The News Of The World revealed last year how Murray claimed Jackson, 51, was an expert in running IV drips, including one for the drug Propofol - which he overdosed on. "  You can't run a drip of propfol by yourself, this has already been said by medical professionals...how can you do that if you are not AWAKE!?

And MJ wasn't 51. He was 50...But NOW he would be 51... hrmm? A typo? Or....

again... is news of the world a junkie tabloid? (IDK)

News of the World is one of the worst tabloid papers around.  I wouldn't take anything they say seriously.

Hopefully you are right and they just make this up.

Otherwise ... I don`t want to even imagine how media would analyze and comment on those less flattering snippets from "Miss Castaway rehearsals", "60 minutes", some of Bashit`s sequences and who knows what else they might have in stock ..

Ofcourse they made this up. It's the News Of The World the worst tabloid in the world and it's the media and they all lie so this is also probably made up!

Uhmm, I don`t want to argue on this but isn`t "all media lie" a bit too apodictic?

For TWOT it would mean it is simply ruled out for them to write anything with some truth in it?

See, as a converse argument: Since they can never be sure if a source is reliable or not it would be just inadmissible for them to quote any source at all?

Don`t get me wrong - I do hope they made this up ...  I just can`t be sure about that either.
