I was a previous user on the old forum and had asked if it is secure to post information here for security/privacy concerns.
I do have information to share after reading I am safe here under a screen name and that my ISP would not be recorded due to a confidentiality
agreement and could you please tell me which section to post in please so I do not post in the wrong section?

I would say that the internet is not safe period.  Maybe if you use an Internet cafe or library to post it may be a better idea if you are unable to post for fear of your ip being traced
