My observations from the video:

They're starting LightMan one month prior to show time? That's a pretty aggressive schedule for such a large project if you ask me.
Michael once again in the black slacks and jacket outfit.  Was Michael's part in this movie filmed all in one day?
Hopefully we will finish it (LightMan) one day.  And then do what with it?
But the other guy said LightMan would never see the stage.
Which is it guys?
Notice how no one says dead, death, gone, etc.

Timore said Lightman was finished so now im confused because im sure he said in some interview somewhere a while back    "Michael has gone and the lightman came on which is weird" Something like that anyway...

just to say... i heard someone who sais that the staples it´s much smaller than O2, so the stage as we see on the movie maybe will be too small for the O2 this is very weird... :roll:

Very good points.  I agree that the timing it would have taken to put everything together at o2 would not have been enough time.  It just does not make sense to me.  It did stick out in my mind that they would have gone to London earlier to set up everything for the 50 concerts.
