I've heard somebody say somewhere today that it could be the sound engineer up there, but i know the sound booth will be towards the back or centre of the room, did anyone notice Carrie singing "What about Mike" at the begining of every chorus of "What about us?"
Also does anyone know what the face inbetween these of Mike are?

It looks like a small screen that shows the same thing as the big screen (on the left on the pic).

EXACTLY!! we had it in the UK but not the 3d version, well only little bits in 3d and it was crystal clear, i think people should re-look at the other performances and you'll see its also on everyone else's cos its a screen!! IMO.. :)

I really don't think that Michael was singing there live,just think it would be too dangerous,faking somebody's death is not a joke, it's very very serious and he would not run a risk to sing there live, i think, as someone else said here too, he mighy be in the audiience disguised.

Are people really that blind to the face that there are always people fixing things at the grammy's? You always see people running across the screen as people are presenting awards because they are moving wires out of the way and just getting things ready. It would be safe to assume that someone would be up on a scaffolding fixing something or getting something ready for the next part of the show.

Seriously people, think.

ummmm to me...sadly, that looks like a screen of MJ like an old video I can't see it enough to say that it is him and not a monitor BUT if it were a monitor it's weird that it would be so small and unnoticable to the common person who wasn't looking for Mj. I dunnoo I think I need something a tad more clear. Thanks for the post..we're gettin there!
