Yeah, I'm getting really fed up too, I want to know what's going! The whole list thing is weird but does leaving him out really mean he's alive? As you said that would mean that all organizers are in on it but I doubt that. I'm not going to say he's alive because he's not on the list but I'm VERY curious about why he wasn't included?!  :(  And yeah, why is noone questioning this, celebs, news people?

Perhaps it was simply requested by the family.
If he is dead, it might have been requested because he wanted to live forever, he did not want to die. Joe also wanted to remember Michael alive, dancing on stage.

I wonder if there is a way to ask the family about what they think, that way we'll know if it was their request. Perhaps someone who's got a twitter account? I mean they weren't even invited so do you think they'd have a say in anything? Idk...

I have just Tweeted the executive produce of the Grammys, Ken Ehrlich, and have asked him if he can explain why Michael Jackson was not mentioned in the RIP at the end.  Let's see if he replies.  ;)

While I'm on this topic, did anyone know that back towards the end of 2006, AEG bought out Ken Ehrlich Productions???? Hmmm, interesting.  See link below.

...oh yes, such a tender and loving father
If something like that has happened , then noone should be on the RIP lists .
I don't think that someone from the other in " memoriam list" would like to die!
And some of them were quite young people too, so...

I really don't think so .

It is not relevant what you think of Joe as a father. If that would be how Joe felt, like he said in an interview, it makes sense he/the family would request such a thing.
Ofcourse the others did not want to die either. Michael wanted to live forever, in a Peter Pan kind of way. Too bad you do not understand what I am trying to point out.
