Michael Jackson's personal physician told investigators he was not the first doctor to give the pop star propofo, the powerful anesthetic that was one of the drugs to cause his death, according to court papers unsealed last Friday.

Dr. Conrad Murray, a target of the criminal probe into Mr. Jackson's death, recounted under questioning by a Los Angeles police detective that the superstar told him he was given propofol by two unnamed doctors in Germany, the affidavit states.

Dr. Murray, a heart specialist with offices in Houston and Las Vegas, was hired to care for Mr. Jackson while the singer prepared for a series of comeback concerts in the weeks before his unexpected June 25 death in Los Angeles at age 50.

The Los Angeles County coroner has ruled the death a homicide by overdose, determining that propofol and the sedative lorazepam were the main drugs that caused his death.

Dr. Murray previously had been identified as the target of a manslaughter probe, but Los Angeles prosecutors are still determining whether to seek criminal charges against any one of a number of doctors who treated the "Thriller" singer.

Dr. Murray, a graduate of Meharry Medical Clinic in Nashville, returned to work at his Houston medical clinic on Monday for the first time since the pop star's death, and his patients welcomed him back without reservation.

Dr. Murray was greeted by several patients and the pastor of his church when he arrived at the Armstrong Medical Clinic.  One church member held up a handwritten sign that read "Welcome Back."

Patients later praised Dr. Murray's work as a cardiologist  and called him a community role model, saying they have a no concerns about being treated by the man under investigation in Mr. Jackson's death.

"He's a good doctor,he's a kind man," Ransom Craddock, 81, said as he sat outside the clinic, a nondescript brown brick building next to the supermarket in a low-income area of north Houston.  "We all in this community welcome him back. We need him in this community."

Dr. Murray, who was scheduled to see six patients on Monday, didn't speak with reporters before entering the clinic.

But on Sunday, while attending services at Galilee Missionary Baptist Church in Houston, Dr. Murray stood before parishoners and told them he returned to serve his community.

His attorney, Edward Chernoff said the cardiologist has been unable to earn a living since Mr. Jackson's death.

Dr. Murray, who wore sunglasses as he spoke to parishioners on Sunday, did not mention Mr. Jackson or the investigation directly, only saying, "It appears I wa at the wrong lacke at the wrong time" and " I know what trouble is."

But he said something about unnamed doctors from Germany.

So, I am trying to understand did he go to Germany the day before his death? I mean, he was suppose to be practicing for the TII rehearsals right? Doesn't make sense. To me, if they did give him this from Germany, then perhaps something would have happened to him then in Germany I would think or is he saying that there were these unnamed doctors in the past when this took place in Germany?

If they claim MJ was addicted to propofol (and that he had been addicted to it for years), so it makes sense when Murray says he was not the first doctor to give him the drug. I don't believe this propofol story though.

Alls I'm gonna say is this, Murray had better be playing a role, because if it indeed comes out that this hoax is indeed not a hoax and Murray did inject a lethal dosage of propofol to MJ and is making snide remarks like "in the wrong place at the wrong time" to his patients and church parishioners and thinks it is funny, baby, it will be on.
