It does look exactly like MJ's back and shoulders though.  You can't see the front of his face.  He could be wearing a disguise since his back is facing the camera.

and like in the video showing mj riding in the back of the car with tito and jermaine after his ''death'' he could of been wearing the sunglasses and that surgical masks. IMO the other people prob thought it was just a impersonator. but it does infact look like michael imo
