Its been two weeks today since TMZ posted that story that Dr Murray was to be arrested and charged... the DA denied the story and the LAPD were silent.

Since then... nothing.  TMZ are jokers.  And the best they can come up with today is some lame story about Joe Jackson and money from the estate.

Lawyers for Jackson's estate have just filed legal docs asking the probate judge for permission to hire people to run Michael Jackson's business.

Specifically, the estate needs co-executive and creative directors.

According to the docs, "With the proper executive and creative management and leadership, the opportunity exists for the MJJ Business to become one of the most profitable companies in the music industry."

Michael Jackson's executors want 10% of the profits from all things Michael Jackson.

In legal docs filed today, lawyers for John Branca and John McClain asked the court to green light compensation to the tune of 10% of all profits, excluding profits from "This is It."

Howard Weitzman, Branca's lawyer, notes that the estates of other big musicians pay out 15 to 25 percent of profits to people who run their businesses after death.

I THINK TMZ ARE EMBARASSED THAT NO DEVELOPMENT ON DR MURRAY. I THINK THEY FALSELY REPORTED ON THE INVESTIGATION BEING COMPLETE AND CHARGES IMMINENT!!

I figured everyone who worked at TMZ just mocked MJ and didn't care about him, so I was glad to read about how much she cared for him.  I'm quite sure no one from TMZ is in on the hoax...that could just never happen.
