Wow..that is really interesting. I wonder why half his face is covered by the banner....seems almost to be suggesting his lips are sealed...he knows a secret?...a BIG one perhaps..... :shock:

"Jermaine Jackson's memoir, You Are Not Alone Michael: Through a Brother's Eyes, went on sale today.  Over the past few days excerpts have been serialized and mis-reported by agencies and publications around the world. The main headline, that Jermaine had an elaborate plan to whisk his brother out of the U.S., if he was convicted in his 2005 abuse trial, is inaccurate.

Jermaine actually says he planned to sneak Michael out of Neverland under a blanket....the moment his lawyer suggested the "scales of justice" were tilting against him. Significantly, the plan was to get Michael out of the country BEFORE a verdict was rendered in the case. He would flee the US justice system.  But it was clear to everyone covering the case that the moment the jury returned a guilty verdict, Jackson would be handcuffed and taken to jail, pending sentencing at a later date. There would be no opportunity to implement an escape plan.

US TV just headlined: "The King of Pop's secret plan to leave the US."  But the book says - Michael Jackson had no knowledge of the desperate measure being plotted by his brother.  In the event, he was found not guilty of all charges.

Jermaine's claim is meant to demonstrate his concern and desperation...a feeling that the US justice system was against his little brother...that he was being persecuted. As things turned out, the US court and a jury of his peers exonerated the pop star. Had he fled into self imposed exile in Bahrain, he would have been forever guilty, in the public's eyes. "

Once again, he confirms how that 2005 trial affected Michael and his family.

But it's not Jermaine who asked people to pray for Michael. It's Michael Bearden who asked for it 5 days before Michael "passed".  :mrgreen: And on the same day, Michael called Kenny Ortega and Travis Payne and invited them to meet him at his house. Maybe to talk about the plans for the last time? Who knows.

Is the book out yet? If so, I need to get my butt over to Books -A- Million!
This will be a great book! I have so much faith in Jermaine, I love him very much!
And I know he loves his baby brother Michael more than anything and would do anything for him.

And the fact that Jermaine mentions that the '05 Trial changed the family tells you so much. They realized
just how close they came to losing Michael, and Mike realized how close he got to losing his freedom, his life and his children who mean the entire world to him. I just want to see MJ in the physical again. He is a part of my BIG universal family, as all of you are too!

You go Mr. Jermaine! Show the evildoers just how strong a family bond is!

If you love Michael solely based on his art, his humanitarian efforts, his cry for peace.
And thats all you have your love to base itself on....
Then how do you think Jermaine feels about Michael?
He left the Jackson 5 behind for love (of Barry Gordy's daughter) nonetheless.
He loves his brother, who has the same blood flowiing through his veins at this very moment.
Who has taken EVERY blow to Michael as if it were directed at him.
Do not doubt Jermaine. For he is apart of Michael in a way that most of us cannot comprehend just yet.
Doubt is inevitable.
Think of it this way: You love your family, right?
You would risk every bone in your body for them, right?
Why would the Jackson family be any different?!
Jermaine loves his brother Michael. They sang together so beautifully. It was and is fate that Jermaine speaks for Michael when Michael is not here to speak for himself.
MJ is alive! He cannot speak because he is playing the role of a 'dead' man. You know, the whole CM Propofol gig. He is off acting and Jermaine is the commentary if you check the bonus material.
