What happened wasnt she battling with Katherine for the kids? Did she just give up or did the courts give katherine custody? Some saying katherine only has temporary custody which makes me think theyll be with mj but whats going on does she see the children?? :x  :?

i often wonder the same thing. wow is she in the hoax or not? somtimes i feel she is and then again i fell shes not. also is lisa marie part of the hoax?

I feel Debbie really loved Michael and she would do anything for him i like her she is fiesty no messing with her she is strong so i hope she is in on this behind him

If you go by the official story, Katherine and Rowe reached an agreement as to custody months ago (this was announced in late July and settled in court early August). The exact terms of the agreement were not revealed, other than to say that it was not a financial one, and that Rowe would get visitation. There were lots of stories about this, but I didn't bookmark them...so here's  some I dug up with a Google search:

Oh, and I forgot to mention...my feeling on Debbie being in on the hoax? I don't believe she is. She seemed to make a habit of asking MJ for more and more money over the years. As much as I believe she did love him and care for him, to me, it seemed like it became all about how much money she could get later on. I just don't see why MJ would trust her to be in on the hoax. Just my opinion though.
