I'm watching it right now (...slowly hoping  :D someone will make his appearance).  Janet did her opening number. Um.. yeah nothing too much to say about it! Was ok

Ok so I just finished watching it and let me say..
Jermaine was the worst person to accept the awards on behalf of MJ.
When he won against Eminem and TI (thank god), the speech he gave was pretty much thanking himself.. He didn't say it really on behalf of MJ at all - he was receiving the award like it was for him personally  :evil:
Then when Timbaland was performing... I found it weird/odd that about 3/4 through his performance, part of Thriller's music started playing then it kind of faded out back into Timbaland's song, then at the very end when Timbaland finished 'singing', Vincent Price's laugh from the song came on.
It just striked me as odd because as far as I know Timbaland and MJ never really had a relationship.

I thought it was just me about Jermaine, you would have sworn that award was for him, it made me dizzy i was so mad!  :cry:  :evil:

i agree...i think janet should have been the one to accept on michael's behalf. jermaine was self absorbed. i am glad he didn't try to force any tears tho :P
