I have to say, it does look like a staged photograph to me....Im in the UK so i think the rules are different here.. in the UK no photographers are allowed in Courts of Law. Any photographic or recording equipment is banned. When any high profile court case is on the news they always show "artist impressions" of the case... basically artists go in and draw the scene.It looks to me as if the photographer is in front of the bench where Murray is sitting.Would that be allowed in the USA?
