The name of the channel is PaulumsTV
This person is enrolled by June 12, 2006
But he has posted only 9 videos, The first of these video was posted April 18, 2009 this:

I visited the amajorlove.com site a couple months ago. It is an MJ fan/reporter that was planning to journal about the TII concerts in London. ^_^

But I'm pretty sure they don't believe in a hoax. The owner of the site believes Michael is dead and misses him very much. I'm not sure what he meant by "Bringing Mike back to the fans."
