I understand the point you are trying to make.

Yes.. the crypt has always been there at Forest Lawn, but has supposedly laid empty since Forest Lawn was built....  as it is expensive.  But MJs family brought it for Michael and (the story goes).. MJ now lies in that crypt.

Well, they let us THINK that he's in that crypt  ;)
And yes, it's there for years now. You can see old pictures from it.

I don't get that too, just ask Karen Faye why she sold the pictures, because she's the one who showed them...

If he's really in there, I think it is a little bit disrespectful that his name is not on that crypt

the crypt that he is in or the tomb if you will is  old, it was used as a show piece. To show potential "clients" what kind of resting space there are at FL.

The "crypt" that MJ is in is SOLID marble. It's been there in Forest Lawn since the 1950's. How did they get a casket in it?? Everyone else in there is in a crypt in the wall, right? Is there anyone else there that is in a standalone structure without their name even being on it? How come his kids never went to the burial spot since the funeral? (Jermaine confirmed this on Larry King). Makes you wonder.

May your spirit keep the freedom of a butterfly in spring and your heart be filled always with the joys of simple things. May your essence claim the freshness of the new laid morning dew. All of this...and more...

How can we get proof that this is solid marble?

Sorry to 'hijack' the OP's thread but I just wanted to say that this 'crypt' and 'mausoleum' business has bugged me right from the very start.

It is very convenient to have had 'Michael's body' placed where nobody can get to it, so that nobody can discover the truth and where it is so easy to create a mock-up of that very place for the purpose of trying to convince us that he is gone. After all, burying him out in the open (within the actual grounds of FL) would have meant that it would be too easy for people to discover that Michael was not buried there, nor would it be so easy to create a mock-up of his burial place out in the open.

If Michael really did die, I can't believe for one minute that he would be laid to rest in a place where his fans could not visit and pay their respects. I mean, the Jacksons Tweets say it all - telling us that Michael loved his fans very very much and always wanted his fans to feel close to him. Really??? So why lay him to rest in a place where he can't have his fans close to him????

I think they meant that the thickness of the walls is marble, not that the crypt has not hole in it. At least that's the way we use the word Solid.

Forest Lawn, often called the Disneyland of the dead, opens in Glendale, California.

All famous people that I know of have their name on their grave, why would MJ be any different. It's obvious the family are hiding the truth.
