How long Michael was planning fake his death?

According to you, how long did Michael was planning fake his death? Only theories and speculations based on the clues that are there.

I've seen three theories on this matter:

1. He wanted fake his death since 1983 (Thriller era).
2. He wanted fake his death since 1993 (first charges of child molestation).
3. He wanted fake his death since early 2000s. (boycott of "Invincible"' and the problems with Sony).

"Moonwalker" that was released in 1989 has a lot of hoax clues.

I would say around 1985 is when he started thinking about it, but so many things happened that it kept getting put off. When it finally happened, it didn't happen the way it was first planned; that's why he's been gone for so long.

I think seriously since the mid 90s. He realised the media were never going to let up and he tried to expose the illuminati through They Don't Care About Us.
