I am not dismissing this so easily.  Who is this Prince EA?  Why is he recruiting soldiers?  Why does he want everyone to change their birthdays to September 23rd?  Who are this guys friends and what is his project all about? 

Not saying this is Michael, but it sure does have the feel of him.  Zany, unpredictable, unexpected, indecipherable.....etc.
