Their attempts at shutting Arnie down have backfired on them. I feel sure that Arnie has precautions in place that this truth and information he has will see the light of day regardless of what happens to him [God forbid] and they know this. A week or 2 later Jason Pfeiffer said Michael had called the office asking for an anesthesiologist a week or two  before he died (while I was in Europe.) It all made sense. Michael hated Weitzman since the first molestation trial and despised Branca.  Why did he sign with Branca? Because he was stoned out his mind from Murray injecting Propofol under his skin. It is called “Skin Popping,”  and it lasts a lot longer and you can’t just turn it as you can when its given I V. Michael Jackson‘s last will and testament is “fake, flawed and fraudulent” with a signature forged by the King of Pop’s attorneys, according to Jackson family members.
Tito Jackson, Randy Jackson, Jermaine Jackson, Janet Jackson and Rebbie Jackson showed solidarity in an aggressive five-page letter to lawyers for the estate of Michael Jackson, refuting their deceased brother’s will as phony, accusing the attorneys of lying, forgery and fraudulent practices.

Their assertion is that the lawyers forged the signature of Michael Jackson on the will while the singer was 3,000 miles away from L.A. on July 7, 2002.”According to what is witnessed in the document, it is impossible and illogical that he could have been in two places at one time,” the Jacksons’ letter said. “We have evidence that undoubtedly supports and proves that Michael was absolutely not in Los Angeles, California(we were in NYC), on the date of his signature reflected in the will at hand.”

The pressure is on the executors of the estate and AEG to expose their fraudulent ways and tactics.  It is about time too.  They are all thieves and liars, and should not be sitting at the helm of an empire that Michael Jackson built with his blood, sweat and tears.

I don't remember if this was discussed or not.  Do we know who the witnesses for Michael's "Fake" will are?  Because as per Leonard Rowe's book one of the primary requirements for a will to be considered legitimate is for at least two witnesses to attest to the competency of the person making the will.  They are able to note whether the person is under duress or the victim of fraud.  The witnesses can also assure that the will is being executed of his own free will.  If an issue comes up on any of these matters, then the witnesses are supposed to be available for the court to determine if the will was freely executed and the person who made the will was not a victim of fraud.  In Michael's case, the will that was shown to the public omits both the names and the addresses of the witnesses.  And there is no indication that the witnesses have ever been called into court under oath to testify to the truth of the so-called execution of Michael's will.

It's been almost 4 years since 6/25/2009 and he just remembers to mention this now??

Leonard Rowe says the same thing about Michael in his book "What Really Happened".  He also says that Michael used to be extremely detailed when it came to anything to do with the details of his tour, his costumes, who he hired to videotape his shows.........but he says for This is it, he didn't really like Zaldy's costumes and he wasn't happy about all of the details being taken care of by someone other than himself, but he was very indifferent about the whole situation.......
Leonard says it's as if he knew that the This is it concerts were never going to happen..............

Yeah,  :Pulling_hair: i had hoped after all these time we would be certain for at least one thing! Sometimes i think we will never know he truth.. We don't know nothing for sure, we don't even know if Michael is still with us here at the forum, i had this feeling before,... like he was present here, but somehow it feels like Michael is not supporting us for some time now.
Still i am here everyday( like many of us) because my (our) heart(s) is/are filled with hope and strong believe,.... that someday it will be our day again,and more important,.... that Michael has his Truimph...
