On the first pic I noticed that the brothers are laughing,and I dont think that a security member goes in the public during the memorial but watch everything from the side.

That is probably just someone who is working there... sometimes I feel we are looking way too much into things at the moment!
It was an usher/security guard standing in the aisle.
