Diana Ross wouldn't take custody of the children if the will is "invalid" right? How would that work? It would be interesting to see what she has to say about all this. I don't think she's ever spoken out about her being named in the will as the children's guardian after Katherine has she?

We also have to think like children feel, and what kind of relationship they have with Diana, the fact that MJ has entrusted not to say that children are comfortable and at ease.
