Hold my hand is not the song they should have picked on, Michael did record that one with Akon before he died, and the leak was floating around too for so long before 2009.

I agree - HMH was not a song in question so why bring that song up? Is it to remind us of the original request to "hold His Hand" through these rocky times? IDK.

All I know is that 2008 is a far ways from 2010 on the keyboard so was there a reason to post 2008? Also, if indeed that song is NOT MJ (I believe it is) then both Akon and Tedddy Riley have been lying through their teeth, as well as one of MJ's nephews who actually said that MJ played the song for him right after it was made.

This should be an interesting development. Either more tabloid trash to garner attention off the back of Michael or this has double meaning.

I don’t have faith in the honesty of the industry period.  Sony… I never forget Michael’s words, “Sony is phony" so they are also suspect even now.

I think a number of songs were all Michael, including HMH.  The original duet was Michael and Akon and the remade version are not all that much different and Michael sounds the same in both.  HMH was never one of the songs in question from my recollection.  At first I thought all the songs were Michael with some digitally altered, but Breaking News started to bother me because it just sounded a bit off.  But, then again maybe it was done so for a reason.  Casio brought Sony some of the songs claiming they were all MJ.  Either he is lying or because Michael asked him to for the controversy and to set up Sony  8-) or he is lying to make a buck from Sony.:x  Maybe one day da troot will prevail...

Paris obviously reads and keeps track of TMZ everyday, since she posted the same day.  Why pay so much attention to them if we should not believe them, and they are trash.

Michael Jackson's daughter Paris made a bombshell announcement to friends ... telling them the MJ album released in the wake of the singer's death did NOT contain MJ's actual voice ... it was an imposter.

TMZ has learned ... the announcement was made during an online video chat with several friends in 2008 ... just before the "Michael" album was released, which contains several previously unreleased tracks allegedly performed by Michael Jackson.

The video chat was recorded ... and Paris joked about the footage eventually "leaking" to the Internet.

Paris had made the announcement in the midst of rumors that MJ's parts on the "Michael" album were REALLY performed by an MJ sound-alike named Jason Malachi ... but both Jason and Sony denied the allegations.

During the video chat, Paris played one of the songs from the album, "Hold My Hand" ... and one of her friends asks why the singer doesn't sound like MJ.

Paris replied, "It's NOT him ... the whole album isn't even him!! Go online ... go on YouTube and look up Jason Malachi. That's him!!"

She continues, "I should know if it's him or not because he would sing to me all the time."

TMZ has learned a recording of Paris' video message is being shopped to various media outlets ... and we're told "Offers are on the table."
