Michael was disgusted by Thome, He is a con-artist and tried to put Michael in a corner and make him feel helpless. Michael had Frank Dileo Fire Thome, he was tired of living like a prisoner with Thome around. He stole millions and millions of Michael's Money. I concur, 1000%. Otherwise, why would his spiritual advisor play that tape of him so frightened? Also, Dieter was it, said he was frightened of the (Italian) mafia!

To me, that means someone was playing headgames with him - and Tohme was the only one around to do so, to extort. Managers only take a piece of the pie; they don't demand money up front!!

We'll see what's the truth; but being fearful for your life, being blackmailed, and not knowing from who all, sounds like a definite reason to go into hiding.

Branca has to answer with numbers to the Estate and the government - he can't just willy-nilly do what he wants. Doing the right thing, actually puts money in his pocket, and keeps him employed for as long as he stays there. He has to follow very specific laws, when handling that kind of money.

I strongly suspect that Branca found enough evidence to go after Tohme - or the Estate wouldn't have made a move now.

This may be the bottom of the rabbit hole!!

I really don't know what to make of Thome. He can be the bad guy or the good guy. If he is the bad guy why wasn't he at the trial and why was he with Michael's "body" till they put him in the helicopter? If he is the good guy, why is the estate suing him and why Frank Cascio wrote those things about him?   :?

Branca signed his shares back to Michael, of the Sony/ATV catalog, when he left. He's turned the Estate around.

Fortunately - he doesn't have to prove anything, to anyone on here: it's all in the numbers.

Does anyone remember that Tohme Tohme was scheduled to appear on Larry King Live back in 2009? Then on the evening of November 18, it was announced that TT had to reschedule because he 'had a DENTAL problem'... That was 1 day after Chandler's death, who was a DENTIST. He never rescheduled...

Wow - those are loaded statements, aren't they. I don't remember this but it's amazing that he never rescheduled and he just up and almost disappeared. I know we've discussed many times where he is and what he could be up to.

I remember the June 25 it was said that Tohme was in the house and was the he had dismissed employees, Tohme was in the hospital on the side of Jermaine,Tohme accompany the body until the helicopter..

Aha! It would seem that Tohme's presence on THAT DAY was quite essential.  And yet he didn't testify at Murray's trial...there's definitely something there.
