And this man just HAPPENS to be seated near the Jackson Family (how'd he manage that one) and just HAPPENS to go to a MUSIC SHOW with a migraine (what are the odds?).

Well apparently the man is someone close to family. It is obvious from the picture of Omer. So, why is it surprising that he sits close to family in the show? Yes, exactly Michael's eyes are a dead give away and I don't see Michael's eyes in him. And I gave migraine just as an example but there are several diseases that you need to use an eye glass with dark glasses like a sun-glass. He was already wearing one in the pic with Omer inside the house.

 I watched this twice on t.v. that day to see him again and his eyes stood out to me. He looked by the camera and they were all I could see. It makes sense if MJ disguises himself to wear sunglasses as his eyes are a dead give away, so it could be him who really knows? But I wouldn't mind if it was ;-).

 I don't believe the lyrics to Chris' song are a clue because that would mean he knows something as he writes his own lyrics. Considering he has kids and was an addict, they apply to his life just as much.

I'm not saying I'm right or you're wrong Snoopy. I'm just stating my opinion. I respect your point of view and I just stated mine. And you can be right about this man and he can be MJ in disguise but from my point of view he is not. I tried to explain why I don't believe he is MJ in disguise. Those are my reasons and they don't need to sound plausible to no one. No need to ridicule me and my opinion.

What I don't get is the frustration in people when they hear another opinion which is definitely not like theirs. Talking in general here. But I think we should understand what every each of us are trying to say and look at the issue from both sides and be respectful to each other's opinions.

Who is to say Chris wrote the lyric rap to the song? "Someone" may have wrote it for him and he just sang it.

All of these singing shows are shady...some claim to "write" their own music and we find out later, they didn't...ie..

back on American idol, David Cook did Billie Jean, claimed to have done his OWN version and later it was investigated it was already done before by Chris Cornell


Chris Daughtry did Ring of Fire, said it was his own version, then a day later, we found out that was done by someone else as well.

These shows are shady, Idol was proven to be fixed by a past contestant, Americas votes don't count..yadda yadda...so don't believe everything that comes out of these shows...

I've been trying to find a picture but the bald headed guy reminds me of the attorney who spoke on the family's behalf at the sentencing. Can someone confirm this? If we can then we might have a direction for where to find this mystery man - if in fact he isn't Michael.

PS - I still find highly odd that Branca was at the taping of the X-Factor yet he couldn't make his way to the verdict. Also - his presence is odd since the family supposedly questions the authority of the will.
