for me, 4 years to get it right is 2012. 2009, 2010,2011, 2012. This was one of the first theories that we had about this, this is something even TS supported (he said that if Michael doesn't come back by January 1st 2013 then we'll know this was not true). 2013 means 5 years, so every theory about 2012 is now long gone. If they said he had to spend 1 year and some months, yes...  But like this not anymore. I try to find a logic in all this but I can't.

06/25/2009 - 10/28/2013 =  4 years, 4 months, 4 days including the end date,  or 226 weeks (rounded down)

11/29/2011- 10/28/2013 = It is 700 days from the start date to the end date, end date included. Or 1 year, 11 months including the end date

Did anyone watch the press conference on TMZ following the sentencing? with Walgen and the lady atourney, and another gentleman (dont know his name) they were saying that Dr Murray could only serve a very sort part of the sentence as it was up to the Sherrif how long he stays in jail!!!! gave an example of Lindsay Lohan who served a very short time, Dr Murray could be out in days!!! it is all a the disgression of the county Sherrif it is a problem of the "law in California" the Sherrif could release him when he see fit irrespective of the Judgement passed today.

TS only said the BAM will happen before Jan. 1, 2013 or he's a false informer. I'm sure MJ has much more planned after BAM!  He always says the Best is yet to come, this is only the beginning.

Anna thank you for the math,lol  lolol/ ,now I'm more than sure that will take a LONG VACANTION,it's a long time till 2013.
